I am Dr Joy Barredo and I offer professional coaching wherever in the world you may be. I have extensive experience in personal and executive life coaching in Europe and Southeast Asia, and welcome clients from all over the world.
I am a qualified Master NLP Practitioner. I also have certificates in NLP Coaching and Advanced Life Coaching. My other qualifications include a doctorate degree in Educational Management and certificates in Line Management and Managing a Social Enterprise. I am insured to practice NLP, life coaching and facilitate training courses.
Together with my clients, I create an action plan and ensure that you have all the support you need to make desired changes or achieve set goals.
Coachcom believes in taking responsibility for yourself, your life and your actions. I focus on the present and where you want to be in 3 months’, or maybe 3 years’ time. I motivate you to fulfill the tasks you have set for yourself by exploring different options and avenues of success. I am here to provide you professional, confidential and committed support from the first moment – to assist you in moving on and moving forward. This includes reminding you of your successes as well as giving you a nudge when you fall behind your set tasks.
My main passion in life is motivating, empowering and educating people. I think of it as a privilege to guide someone in discovering themselves, their dreams and to become their personal best. I take pleasure in seeing a client bloom and evolve right before my eyes.
My work experience has provided me with a lot of opportunities to develop my coaching style. I was a university professor for 11 years. I have been a mentor and a consultant to managers from different ethnic backgrounds. My clients include politicians, business executives, managers, parents and students. I run personal and executive training courses for private and voluntary organisations in Southeast Asia and Europe. I’m also a motivational speaker for disadvantaged groups like women and Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
Having traveled extensively and met so many people from every walk of life, I find it easy to build rapport with anyone. I am as mindful as possible of cultural differences and put one at ease when in my company.
